The Campus Ministry Center coordinates, with students and faculty, holy day and special occasion liturgies, and school-wide Morning Prayer. Mass will be periodically celebrated during the school year. Dates and times will be announced. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available to all.
Students serve in various ministries at the services: altar servers, lectors, gift bearers, choir, hospitality, and set-up.

Saint John's offers, to all students, one-day retreat experiences. For freshmen these retreats are offered on Wednesdays starting on February 5th through April 9th. Retreats offer the student a chance to meet other classmates, and a chance to do some service for others. Sophomores are involved in an informational day on topics of drugs, alcohol, and dating, in the context of wise decision-making. Juniors are involved in an off-campus extended day retreat focusing on trust, faith, and prayer. The junior retreats are offered on Wednesdays, starting in September and ending in December. Senior retreat is scheduled for January 22nd to January 24th. The focus of the senior retreat, in prayerful context, is to reflect on their life journey at the mid-point of their senior year.

Students have the opportunities to volunteer for service programs organized by Campus Ministry and Ryken Service. Student can volunteer to help at many agencies throughout Worcester Count including Dismas House, The Worcester County Food Bank, Thanksgiving Food Drive, and Christmas Gift Giving.
