Graduate leaders from the class of 2015

SJLI brings senior class together

The 38th Saint John's Leadership Institute kicked off the school year with record participation.
The 38th annual Saint John's Leadership Institute experienced a record-breaking year. SJLI38 saw the largest percentage of a senior class to ever attend at 76%. This year's also had the largest total number of participants in the program's history at 235.

2015 marks the 38th year of this massively popular program for Saint John's. This retreat serves as an opportunity for the senior class to bond with each other in preparation for their year as leaders of the school, all while balancing school and work obligations and preparations for college and life after SJ. Graduate leaders who themselves are soon off to college lead small groups geared towards discussions of one another's gifts, limits, desires, and relationships - all based on talks given by their peers in large group settings.

Throughout the week, the class of 2016 participated in these large-  and small-group class bonding opportunities, team-building activities, and a day of service at sites all around Worcester.

SJLI is one of many retreat experiences offered through Saint John's Campus Ministry. It is the largest retreat program at the school. With a few days to rest before the school year kicks into gear, the class of 2016 is ready to lead!
