On Saturday, March 31, we celebrated our Fifth Annual Gala. What began as a mere dream in 2002 has become the signature event of our year — an opportunity to celebrate the growth of Catholic and Xaverian education at Saint John’s over more than a century. Highlighted at this year’s Gala was the motto of the Xaverian Brothers, Concordia Res Parvæ Crescunt, "In Harmony Small Things Grow."
From humble beginnings — four brothers in a parish grade school — Saint John’s has emerged as a premier regional, Catholic, college-preparatory school. A thousand young men and a professional staff of Xaverian Brothers and lay men and women, together with a dedicated support staff, are joined by a loyal and supportive network of alumni, parents, grandparents and friends that number in the thousands.
