Saint John's inaugural Gala commemorated the founding of Saint John's High School and paid tribute to the Xaverian Brothers who originally bore sole responsibility for nurturing the Xaverian educational charism. The celebration also honored lay faculty and staff, the generations of alumni of Saint John's, and the parents whose dedication has made Saint John's the prominent school it is today.
Each of the eight honorees has "fallen in love with the service of God," as Xaverian Brothers founder Theodore James Ryken did.
