Dear SJ Alumni, Parents, and Friends,
We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of Saint John's High School. It is The Saint John's Fund, our annual giving campaign, which allows Saint John's High School to continue to offer our Xaverian Brothers based education to young men throughout Worcester County. Gifts to The Saint John's Fund have an immediate impact going to the highest priorities of the school.
Each gift to the Saint John's Fund plays a major role in the school's ability to subsidize tuition for all of our current families, offer an additional $1 million in financial aid to students in need, maintain first-rate academic facilities, attract and retain an accomplished faculty, and support the countless athletic, extracurricular, and campus ministry programming that continues to enhance the skills and shape the characters of our young men.
This year, tuition will cover only 88% of the cost to educate our students with alumni and parent philanthropic support of the school covering 9% of the total operating budget. It is not an overstatement to say that the Saint John's experience would not be the same without our alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends annual contributions to this immediate-use fund.
