SJ All-Access Card
In response to requests from parents, we have implemented a stored value card program. Our goal is to reduce the amount of cash used on campus. Students will now use their ID cards to purchase food from the Salem Student Commons, items from the vending machines and articles from the SJ bookstore. In the future, SJ will add features to this program to further reduce cash use on campus in other areas.
To Use the All-Access Card:
Simply present your All-Access Card to the cashier. There will be a Point of Sale (POS) system at each checkout line in the Salem Student Commons, and in the Bookstore. The student will present their All-Access Card to the cashier to swipe. The amount will be deducted from your account and you'll be able to see your new balance. The vending machines will accept either cash or the SJ All-Access Card
Adding funds to your son’s account:
There are two ways to add funds to your son’s account:
- Parents can access their son’s account via a secure website call OneWeb. This website is used to add money to the student’s card, either by transferring money from a checking or savings account (no fee) or by using a credit card ($2.50 fee up to $250). Parents can also use the features on the website to check on account balance and status, as well as move money between multiple children’s accounts.
- Funds can also be deposited into the student's account using the Automatic Deposit Machine (ADM), located in the Salem Student Commons. The student merely swipes their card and inserts any combination of $5.00, $10.00 and $20.00 bills. The amount is immediately credited to the student’s account.
