  • Student Statement

The student should complete this form in Ravenna in his own words. This allows the admissions team to learn more about the applicant and why he would like to attend Saint John’s.
  • Parent Statement

The parent or guardian must complete this form in Ravenna in order to help us get to know your family better.
  • School Transcripts

Saint John’s requires grades from the last completed school year along with the most recent report card from the current academic year. A parent or guardian must print and sign the Transcript Request Form found in Ravenna and submit it to the applicant’s current school in order for the transcripts to be released to Saint John's.
  • Recommendation

The recommendation may come from a current teacher, counselor, or school administrator who knows the applicant well. In Ravenna, input the full name and email address of the person who has agreed to provide the recommendation, and a secure, unique link will be emailed directly to them. This allows the person to submit the completed recommendation form directly to Saint John’s. Only ONE recommendation is required.
  • Interview

A formal interview is required for all students interested in transferring to Saint John's High School. While families are welcome to set up a time to speak with a member of the admissions team, the formal interview cannot take place until all application materials have been received.

The Admissions Office will reach out to book the interview once all other steps of the application process are complete. Interviews typically last a half-hour and involve both the student and parent/guardian.
