Good Morning, St. John’s students, faculty, and staff. Let us pause in our day to pray. May our Lord, whose desires for us are beyond our imagining, open our hearts to a powerful sense of Lent this year.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Dear God, please be patient with me. When I wonder when my turn will come for the peace of mind I seek, turn my thoughts to trust in You, who knows my every need. Dear Lord, please be patient with me. When even a moment seems too long for awaited news to come, may my greatest longing be that Your will be done. Dear Lord, please be patient with me. When at times I might not be bothered, for other things seem pressing, please grant me Your help to use time as a precious blessing. Amen.
