Track & Field | Grades 7-12

The Saint John’s High School Track & Field Program offers student-athletes a comprehensive and dynamic experience, focusing on individual growth, team unity, and athletic excellence. With events spanning sprints, distance, hurdles, jumps, throws, and relays, the program provides opportunities for athletes to develop their skills in a wide range of disciplines, guided by experienced and dedicated coaches. Saint John’s track athletes are encouraged to push their limits, set personal records, and work collaboratively toward team success in both league and regional competitions. The program emphasizes not only physical strength and technique but also values such as discipline, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Whether pursuing a future in collegiate athletics or simply enjoying the sport, students in the Track & Field Program are equipped with the tools to succeed, both on the track and in life.
