Good morning Saint John’s students, faculty and staff.  Let us pause in our day to pray. Today’s Gospel speaks about how we are expected to bear good fruit for the Kingdom, and Jesus came into the world so that we might bear that good fruit. As the second week of Lent draws to a close, ask yourself these questions: what fruit is God calling me to bear in my life? What are some obstacles we face in sharing God’s love with those around me?
(pause)
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Dear God, we come to you with our whole selves, with all that we have experienced, with all that has been given to us through you. Be with us through your Spirit. Touch us through the hand of Jesus Christ. God, please speak your word to our heart, commanding what you will. And then work in us the grace of obedience and enabling me in faith to carry out your word. You are our Savior, and we hold fast to him so that we can praise you in his name. Amen.
Thank you and have a relaxing day.
