The first day of spring track practice is Monday, March 18th. We will meet in the upstairs hallway at 2:45.

The following athletes are NOT cleared to start practice due to missing or expired physicals:

Matthew Czaja
Noah Long
Dominic Malo
Thomas Michel
Michael Sullivan
Fitzgerald Wangaru


If you have already tried out or played on a team in either the fall or winter season, then you only need the pre-participation form and a valid physical to begin practice on Monday, March 18th.

If you have not participated in a sport his season then you need the pre-participation form AND the concussion training form as well as a valid physical.

Season
TRACK REQUIRES A WEEKEND COMMITMENT TO RACE AS SEVERAL MEETS ARE HELD ON SATURDAYS!
We have meets from early April through the beginning of June against teams in the Central Massachusetts Conference; we will also compete in Invitationals and non-league dual meets against teams from central and eastern Mass.

Levels
Junior Varsity, Varsity

Overview
Spring Track and Field includes 17 events, including two relays at every meet. 

Tryouts
No tryouts / cuts.
Athletes earn "Varsity" letter by scoring ten points, or after three years participation

Equipment
Specialty event shoes (e.g., running spikes for track, throwing shoes, high jump shoes) are suggested but not required
