The Weight Room at Saint John's is open to students, faculty, and staff throughout the year.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
10 AM to 12 PM 


Powerlifting is a team activity coached by Mr. Steve Davis. Training begins in early October for the January meet held on campus which begins the competition season. Competitions continue through the Massachusetts State Meet in May. The primary lifts associated with powerlifting include squat, bench press, and deadlift.
